Steve Toburen-Steve Toburen spent over 20 years “down in the trenches” of the cleaning industry as the owner of different janitorial, carpet cleaning and restoration firms. His cleaning and restoration company grew into a nationally recognized operation based on its high per-capita profits in a very small market base. After retiring, Steve spent 13 years in the Dominican Republic with his family working as full time, unpaid volunteers and continues in this work today. |

Bill Yeadon-Bill Yeadon started in the industry in 1975 as an owner-operator in St. Petersburg Florida. In 1986 Bill did his first training class and found his true love. Since that time Bill has taught IICRC approved classes in CCT, CCMT, WRT, UFT and OCT as well as many non-certified classes. |

Nick Paolella-Nick Paolella started Jon-Don in 1978 with his cousin John Paolella. Over the years Jon-Don, Inc. has grown into a national company with over 300 employees. Nick lives in Medinah, Illinois with his wife, Judy. |
