Focus your employees on common company ‘Shared Goals’

NOTE: I recently shared how to improve morale (and profits) with an Employee Efficiency Bonus plan that rewards your employee teams based on (wait for it!)… pre-defined goals!

But let’s analyze key points on setting up ‘Shared Goals’ in your business…

Get employee input. Encourage your staff to submit their ‘goal ideas’ in an old-fashioned suggestion box! And ask for ‘goal suggestions’ during your regular staff meeting. Then keep your goals…

Short term. Make your ‘goal horizons’ short enough to keep employee’s interest. Weekly can be good and monthly works too. (I found after three months my staff lost interest.) One way to help is to…
